Hotel was very expensive for what it was. Was moved at short notice to a different floor as I paid for a hotel sight view of the local area and the staff member gave me a free pool pass and was extrmley polite and helpful.
The pool was way to busy, the staff were ok. I wouldn’t stay here again.
The pool facilities were to busy the staff were rude when I tried to use the facilities as I wasn’t giving another day pass to use on the day. Told to get another one. For the price you would just expect to walk in with no issues. The facilities were packed so had to use the pool in the early morning when they first opened.

Great location, facilities and room
Restaurant was expensive with too large portions but poor quality. The staff push extras likes sides (we had garlic potatoes tasteless with no garlic and a side is 8 medium potatoes).
Pack of kids running screening through the restaurant at all times and staff do nothing because it was a wedding party. Ruined my stay.
Restaurant manager forgot our order and we had to chase them for it
