Loved the resort it looked like a castle, people were extremely friendly and helpful, everything was so clean, there are 14 pools to choose from, there's a resort tram that takes you to where you want to go such a bars and restaurants. I can't rate this place enough.
The only thing I didn't like is the fact that I d didn't stay long enough to explore the whole resort.

it was a memorable stay especially for families the hotel had everything for all ages.
for the facilities there was many options as you could have used all the other surrounding hotels pools and restaurants for breakfast so value for money was just great.
they put our room at the end of the hotel which was not very convenient.
i would suggest some middle eastern food options but all and all it was very good and great.
