Light switches were very old and not working right. Lights blinking etc.

The hotel is located right by the lake. Our room was clean, if a little on the small side. We didn't book a room with a lake view, but our room did have a small balcony that had a lake view. If I ever come back to this hotel, I would upgrade to a lakeview room. The reception staff was very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent and located in a large room with a fantastic view of the lake.

The bed is on the hard side which was not my preference. Even my family member, who prefers hard beds, complained that the bed is uncomfortable.

Friendly staff, great location and comfortable rooms. The spa was a lovely addition.

Property is in awesome location and easy to access from the boats. Beautiful and comfy room and lively rooftop for drinks!

The location was perfect, everything was just so easy to get to.

The hotel is easy to get to, across from the ferry in the center of town. We spent time on our balcony enjoying the view yet away from the crowd. Great breakfast. Simply a lovely stay with no hassle.

Absolutely loved it! Great location, stunning roof top bar, rooms were modern, comfortable and clean. Will stay there again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Bellagio.

It's a beautiful hotel with an amazing staff with Graziano leading the way! He is beyond accommodating and will ensure that every expectation is met! The views of the lake are phenomenal and from there bar on the upper terrace you can view incredible sunsets. They are centrally located and the boat dock is right across the little street, the staff is full of answers and reservations for any of your needs while visiting Bellagio and the Como area. This is the only hotel I will stay at in Bellagio!!!!

Location excellent for use of ferries and breakfast was served on terrace overlooking the Lake, really beautiful. Staff always very friendly and helpful.

For a 3 star hotel I don’t think it could be improved, a swimming pool would be great but because of position I think this would be impossible!

The location is great! The breakfast is done on a lively terrace overlooking the lake. The staff are very nice.

I reported a burned out light in the hallway leading to my room on my first day. It was as never fix d and made entry into the room difficult. Furniture moving occurred in the bar area above my room and it was loud!!
