Hotel Dos Playas Faranda Cancún

The property is located well. Easy access to Ubers and ferry. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially the staffs in the morning restaurant Johan was great he gave great service, conversation and guidance to places we could visit. The food was great not a lot of variety but delicious enough. Every night they had some type of entertainment. The beach was cleaned from seaweed every day by staff. Isla Mujeres is beautiful and just a ferry boat ride away. Right there behind the hotel. The roaming peacocks made the place spectacular. The booked tour in the hotel lobby to see the Cenotes very much recommended. Also recommend the Captain Hook Tour is was so much fun for the whole family.

Nothing wrong for what I paid I got my money’s worth. Are there bigger and better hotels yes. This one was just perfect. For my 5 days of stay.

friendly staff, small resort, mix of local and tourist, you dont feel like you are in a shopping center like the other big resort, very simple, nice spots on the beach i appreciate the check in and check out times eco friendly, water machine everywhere to fill in your bottle, reusable cups, every resorts should offer that beautiful bait birds loose on the resort near other restaurants in cancun by short taxi ride

food is ok but very basic, too much salt maybe in the food? The beach is walkable but not for very far since rocks and other resorts in the way

I like the attitude of staff.

My mini fridge did not work. I received an email saying that they would accommodate my early check-in, but I arrived that was otherwise.

Nature on hotel premises

The food variety was very limited. The coffee machine only worked 3 out of 10 days—very disappointing.
