We've stayed here before.
Its a convenient location for tram and metro lines (a little bit further to walk for the bus). The hotel is quiet, comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. We were allocated one of the rooms backing on to the courtyard - very comfortable.
We didn't discover that the hotel had added it's own bistro until the end of the trip .... so can't comment on that directly - but it promises to be useful for subsequent trips.
The price. Whilst the quality is good, it is relatively expensive for what you get. We would stay again though.

This exactly the standard you expect from a Best Western Hotel. Rooms are a good size, well kept and the staff are good. 10-15 minute walk to the river and the start of the main attractions in Lyon.

The location is great, it's a 15-minute walk or a short tram ride from the Lyon-Part-Dieu station. There is a supermarket right around the corner. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and very quiet. The bathroom was a good size and very clean. I really liked the patio, it was nicely decorated with plants and flamingo sculptures, and was beautifully lit at night. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
I didn't notice anything negative.
