Extremely nice staff, went out of the way to explain about the area and give advice about restaurants etc.

The service by Galina, the service by Jean-Louis, and the breakfast served in our room every morning.
After the 1st night, when our room and the bathroom were small, Galina offerered to move us to a triple room, which was really excellent, including the big shower.
Anything that we needed was not too much for the staff.
The location is fantastic.
Our first room had a very small bathroom, with almost no space for the toilet.
The elevator is slow and small - it only holds either 2 people or 1 person plus a case. So if you are a few, you need to go up and down a number of times.

The positive was perfect.
Staff friendly
Had small balcony looking over street
I had a single room but it was like living in a wardrobe so small. Pricey for what it was. You are paying for location
Could hear other room talking.
