Clean rooms, no nonsense hotel, exactly what a business traveller needs

Very noisy - a lot of weddings and parties in rooms. Lifts were at times slow.

Kind staffs, well-prepared services, nice swimming pool and good location with reasonable price.

Sadly it is getting old. Rude and noisy guests in the next doors.

The mira spa is excellent...the rooms are great ..the location is perfect...the buffet at Yamms are delicious.

Inside of cabinets, upper part of curtains, above of toilet (where pack of sanitary bag is placed) is very dusty.

Love the WIFI Dongle provided by Hotel and the pillow choices.

Great location and room are very clean. Breakfast and meals are all done out side so no comments. Staffs are very kind and whenever I ask for any service or request for anythings, all are fullfilled.

The worst thing is that the wardrobe. It can say no wardrobe at all. The actual wardrobe was blocked by some plywood or partition and only about a 6 inches space left for hanging my cloths. Most of my clothings was left inside my luggage and no iron and board provided.

My first stay was about 10 years ago, they manage to maintain the cleanliness up to the excellent standard and was like new. A unlimited high speed internet wireless router is ready for you to bring alone during your stay in HK. Wonderful staff and the location is closed to all food and shopping area.

Staff were nice

Dining menu room service was expensive, and I could hear the neighbours sneezing or talking, and any noise out on the street. I'm lucky I was tired and slept through it.

Not much - definitely lowered their standards since pre-Covid. Will not visit again.

The WIFI did not work for two days. Piece of plastic in my omelette. Business floor check-in was removed (without letting us know upon booking). Business floor breakfast was also removed (without letting us know upon booking). Both our key cards did not work, not once, twice, but three times (each day). We had to go down to the reception to get them fixed. Once a great hotel with great service, I stayed several times pre-covid, but sadly seems to have lowered its standards and removed key features worth paying extra for (business floor service and check-in + breakfast). I expect to be able to access my room and use the WIFI when I pay $300 a night at a "5-star" hotel.

very clean and modern

The check in was good. very personal. unfortunately they tried to charge me extra on my last day for breakfast. twice. ruined my previously excellent opinion. This was after I had upgraded and pre paid for an executive suite. Utterly disgusted and disappointed. ruined the experience.

Location very good and room was comfortable ,hotel attached to shopping centre which is convenient . Staff were great helping with storing luggage for late flight .

My wife and I got a suite. The room was huge, much bigger than I thought it would be, like a small apartment. Bed was comfortable. Pretty good location, in the middle of things, that's for sure. Cleaning staff was nice and helpful.

The Mira claims to be a 5-star hotel, but I just don't see how that could possibly be true. It's a very strange hotel. Has a "plastic" feeling to it. Very low ceilings; dark. They wouldn't do our laundry so I had to walk a couple blocks past a disgusting garbage dump to the local clothes cleaner which took an entire day. Although we had a suite, our view (the "city view" I presume) was horrible, and I actually asked for the park view but I guess they didn't hear me. Lobby was loud and dark and full of guests and luggage. There are several elevators but they are small and take forever to arrive. TV options suck, but we weren't there to watch TV I suppose. Shower water pressure not great. Suite couch looked pretty gross, might want to replace that.
