I want to be fair here. My expectations were not high. This is a budget hotel and the price was cheap. Overall the staff were good, it was clean, the design was very basic. Towels and soap/shampoo were provided. The breakfast was very good. The location was good for my needs.
I couldn't get a kettle. There was no plug for the hand basin. I was kept awake by gunfire, which I later learned was probably as a result of the commencement of the hunting season and our proximity to the countryside. There weren't any restaurants within a safe walking distance.

Motel style hotel good price for money but a bit noisy (or unlucky with neighbours)
Kind of cheap but what do you expect at this price point

We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this stop over was. The air con worked well and was quiet. The bathroom was immaculate and new. The bed was comfortable. The room is a little small but the price was very good value. We booked a refurbished room and it provided a good night sleep. Breakfast was basic but good. We were also able to charge the car. So everything was provided that we needed for a quick last minute unplanned overnight stop.
The location is in a office park, but we didn't feel isolated or unsafe. It was quiet so no disturbed sleep!
