Air con was useful

We planned on staying for 3 nights but pleased we changed just to one night as the room was very small

very helpful and friendly staff.We like the breakfast.For one night to stay on our way to the destination of our vacation,this hotel is a good one.

Air con didn't work. Sent message to hotel but no reply. Chromecast was not easy to use and even after downloading an scanning the q code & inputting unique number still not able to cast. TV very high on wall,

was near the motorway and outside the Green Zone of Reims. Good breakfast. Enough parking space available. The staff was helpful.

The Family room was Not so big, but OK. After 8 PM the Shopping Center in the near ist closed and its necessary to go into the City

the hotel is very clean, the rooms are small but comfortable and have everything we needed

Very clean room with lovely shower. Also can charge your electric car facilities within the grounds. Also good to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. Lovely breakfast

Convenient location and included breakfast was nice; room was clean quiet and dark as it had the outdoor window covers

Handles were falling off of barn door to shower area and with no door/curtain on shower stall and a slow draining shower water quickly spilled onto the floor of the bathroom

Exceptionally convenient when travelling up from the Alps to the UK. Very clean, and well-kitted out rooms. Staff supremely friendly and helpful. Quiet and comfortable (beds amazing). Well located near a huge supermarket and several places to eat. This will be our 'go to' hotel the next time we travel through France.

Pillows were too high and not comfortable, one of the mornings hot water supply stopped .
