Overall, the hotel was OK. Room availability, etc. were fine. Room itself was OK.

The hotel especially the staff comes across as they don't care especially the staff. I thought I booked the breakfast while making the reservation but somehow I missed. For 5 days, the additional cost for breakfast was 50 Euros. After going to the breakfast area, I was told that my reservation does not have breakfast included. I requested the staff to include for which I'll pay extra but honor the upfront rate rather than each day (25 euros). The staff straight away said no. I requested to speak to the manager but they said they will do it and let me know. I don't believe he actually did check with the manager. The next morning when I asked he said he did and the manager said no. The manager was right there but talking to someone else and then she walked away. I requested again that I speak to her but he said she has a meeting. So I paid for the day and I see her out in 5 mins. Overall I did not want to beg her for the discounted breakfast but and it was a business trip so its not like l was paying it out of my pocket but left a bad feeling that in the hospitality industry this hotel does not care. I am going to be in Munich every 4-5 weeks for the remainder of the year but will only use this hotel as a measure of last resort. Another thing, they do not have iron, body lotion, slip-ons in the room which I consider pretty basic.

i booked and payed for a family room, but instead of that i received a normal room.

Everything is perfect. The staff was friendly, excellent food. The location is very close to a metro station.

I checked out 1 hour after arrival. This hotel should not be allowed to present itself as 4-stars in Europe

No AC, very limited amenities, and not too clean (stained, lipstick, lime in glasses in lobby and room) and unprofessional front desk staff

I booked a stay at this hotel and then was not able to stay. I called 10 times throughout the day, but nobody ever picked up. I also tried reaching out to both booking.com and the hotel itself via email, but received no response. After four days, I finally received an email from the hotel stating that my stay was marked as a no-show, and I would have to pay the full fee. While I understand that it was my mistake not being able to stay, I am shocked and disappointed by the complete lack of communication from the hotel. It would have been more acceptable if they had acknowledged the situation and explained that I needed to pay the fee due to my mistake. The lack of any response or assistance, even through other communication channels like Instagram, makes this a very bad experience, and I feel that it deserves even less than one star. It's concerning to think that they might treat guests this way in other situations, such as if someone forgets something at the hotel and needs to communicate with them. Update: I wrote the same review on google and the hotel instead of explaining what happened went and submitted my review as hateful to take it down... I already submitted an apeal so its visible there again. This is the truth and its written politely so I dont see any reason why you try to take my reviews down...

Breakfast was fine. Garage parking.

No AC. The firedetector was covered seemed unsafe. Rooms are alittle outdated.
