I had a great experience at the hotel. I especially want to highlight the friendliness and professionalism of the morning receptionist. Even while attending to several guests, she was incredibly helpful, polite, and attentive. Excellent service — it really made a difference. ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

My only suggestion for improvement concerns discretion during check-in. When I arrived, the night receptionist mentioned in front of the person accompanying me that my reservation was for only one guest. I found this slightly indiscreet, as the person accompanying me might not necessarily have been the person I intended to stay with. Although this was not the case, I felt somewhat uncomfortable having to say that I did not wish to add another guest to my reservation while that person was standing beside me. I believe it would have been more discreet to simply ask whether I wished to add another guest, without mentioning the number of people on my reservation. Despite this, the receptionist was very kind, friendly and helpful. I have no other complaints. This is simply constructive feedback, as I really enjoyed my stay. ♡

Toller Service. Wir haben direkt ein Upgrade bekommen an der Rezeption, durften unser Auto bis 15 Uhr am Abreisetag stehen lassen und das Highlight war der zusätzliche Bildschirm im Bad. Absolut gute Lage. Mit Tram zum Paradeplatz und von da aus alles in Zürich gesehen.

Bed sheets and pillows and room still smells as someone used it but it looks like clean. You can smell the saliva from the person used it. Luckily I have my alcohol/ Lysol and own pillow case. There is no ramp to roll the heavy luggage. It has to be carried up before you reach the elevator.
