Hotel Kernhof Self Check-In

The room itself was clean and felt safe and secure

Early check-in or luggage storage was not available unless you paid an additional CHF 40, which felt unreasonable compared with other hotels. I also did not feel comfortable in the surrounding area, especially at night, due to frequent intoxicated people and visible street activity.

Close to everything

Good Dream

Nothing

My rating is quite unfair: I did not stay at the property. But why? Because it’s located in Kreis 4, which makes the legendary “Platzspitz park” of the 90s feel like Beverly Hills. I arrived at the property with my 10 years old girl and literally had to run away because of what was going on outside. This is not a place for a family. Again, if you like a certain vibe, definitely for adults only, than maybe this could be the hotel for you; if not, you’ll have to avoid. Again; I did not see the facilities, but the ambience in the morning (!!!) was already too much. My blame is for allowing kids to be on the reservation. It shoudk state that it is an “adults only” hotel.

Already mentioned.
