Location is really nice, beds are super comfy and room was really clean.

Other guests entered my room while I was there - receptionists messed up something and gave them keys to my room. Wifi connection was constantly dropping. The light from the conditioner is extremely bright and you can't turn it off, I find it really annoying during the night. The sauna was working after 11:00 even though the facility is available from 10.

The pool is tiny

Every time I visit Berlin the Radisson is an obvious choise. This time we got the best room upgrade to the Nikolai suite. We were very pleased with this uprgrade. Breakfast as always excellent.

Beautiful property with a great location. Most of the staff was excellent. The Suite’s are spacious and The view of the Cathedral is amazing!

Our trip started out great, we paid an upgrade fee of $100 ($50 a night) for a corner suite/cathedral view and the view, as always, was beautiful!! We did notice one of the balcony door knobs was broken, leaving it unable to be opened which wasn’t a big deal, however, the heat didn’t work in our room and the shower was HORRIBLE! The first night the heat wasn’t a huge issue because it wasn’t that cold but the second night we were freezing!! We didn’t realize the heat wasn’t working the first night or would have called sooner. When we called the next night they did send us up a space heater. The three of us, (husband, son and myself) huddled together in one bed to stay warm until the heater kicked in and by morning it the heat was working. The next issue we had was trying to shower Sunday morning before check out. The shower literally had a horrible, extremely loud squeal. Both me and my husband rushed thru our showers and our 10 year old who can’t handle loud noises refused, and we didn’t want to take the time to run a bath so he didn’t shower until we got home. These things do tend to happen but our room cost $450 a night and we stayed for two nights totaling $950ish. I think what got me the most was that we were told at checkout that we should have notified them sooner at the front desk, as if we weee to blame for the issues we had…We let them know immediately about the heat when we knew it wasn’t working, and as far as the shower went, we didn’t use it until the morning of our checkout, and the only solution would have been to change rooms which would’nt have made sense. We wanted to hit the road so we showered and told them then. The attitude at check out was poor. They did give $30 total off our bill, which I guess they felt was compensation enough. We were in town for my Husbands birthday and the Festival of Lights. This was our third stay here at this hotel and probably the last.
