Herbert and his staff were excellent from start to finish. Food was very high quality and the hotel had a lovely warmth to it. Bedrooms are spacious and warm and facilities were modern and clean.

The staff was amazing, very polite and nice, both in the front desk and in the restaurant . the breakfast is really good but the dinner is absolutely wonderful. each night a different menu. location is very nice and quite. i definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything was great. The room was very spacious and comfortable (we had the big room, though). The staff was super friendly and attentive. The cleaners worked quickly and efficiently and the food was excellent.

Just that swimming pool and surrounding area could be a bit bigger for a hotel of this size.

Extremely pleasant and professional staff. We had half board and everything was great. Rooms are extremely spacious and clean. Obertauern Ski Area is a 25-minute drive from the hotel.

We stayed here for ten days during the winter holidays and our experience exceeded our expectations. Of course we expect to find a clean, well-heated hotel, good food, comfort for skiers, relaxation areas for those who do not ski. All this was in full and attests to the professionalism of the entire team, long experience and continuous adaptation to customer requirements. But the passion for the profession of these people was seen in seemingly small things but which, for us, mattered enormously: - although we were late on arrival, they were waiting for us calmly with dinner, without showing any sign of discomfort - sensational breakfast, but evening meal worthy of Michelin-starred restaurants - adaptation of the children's menu - staff impeccable permanently, festive in the evenings of holiday (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and the first day of 2022) - they naturally offered us a festive cake for our son's name day - room cleaning was done daily, fast and impeccable, during breakfast. Congratulations to all those who run and work in the hotel! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Nothing to complain. As improvements, an outside designated smoking area will enhanced the drinking order of the hotel and it will increase the guests pleasure.

Everything else was super - the staff is friendly, the breakfast is great and there are e-bikes for the guests. And having a table tennis is always nice

The shower was small and the view from the room was towards the parking.

We stayed there for 1 week. The hotel is in good place to go traveling in the area. all the staff are very friendly, helpful and they Made our stay enjoyable. The room are large, and the diner is great. Highly recommended

Bed / mattress and the breakfast did not meet our expectations at all. We travel a lot and compared to other hotels, also in the mountains, this was under average. The mattress was extremely hard and it was not possible to get it changed. The breakfast was very plain, small and for us was not on a 4 star level at all. We were so disappointed about it, especially in Austria where the breakfast is usually a highlight, that we left it the first day without eating there and then cancelled it completely for the rest of our stay. The cleaning was noisy and started already at 6.30 in the morning, even on weekends, which is a no-go. Also, no iron and ironing board were available in the whole hotel and not all sockets were working in the room.
