Frühstück sehr gut. Zimmer (de Luxe) war sehr angenehm, toller Ausblick auf die Prager Burg. Betten sehr gut, ausreichend gross. Gemütlich auch der Relax-Platz unmittelbar am Fenster und der grosse Sessel. Die Mini-Kaffeebar haben wir gern in Anspruch genommen.

Was uns sehr gefehlt hat: keine einzige Möglichkeit, event. nasse Kleidung im ausreichend grossen Flur aufzuhängen, z.B. eine Garderobe.

Comfy beds. Great location. Beautiful views and rooms. Good breakfast.

The only thing to mention is that they need to clean the windows glass, they’re too dirty.

Location is excellent. Walking distance from old town. Staff very nice, Georgio on reception was especially friendly. Breakfast very good.

Minimal bar food options available. No red wine in bar one evening; no robes in room on arrival. Small touches missing like dirty lobby one evening and no bath towel or replacement toilet roll. Having said that these were small issues that did not impact our stay and overall we really enjoyed ourselves.

We ordered 3 ppl room (3 adults) and got instead a double bed and a baby cot… after we returned to the reception the hotel quickly amended the situation but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

Built in 1978 but looks like it was just opened. Very hip, modern, bright and airy lobby for people of all ages based on crowd for the popular and delightful breakfast. Best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel, huge selection. Fantastic location over looking the river and river front good for walking, running, and bike riding. Fun just to just sit and watch the river activities. Quiet area and exterior very clean like the hotel. Great iced coffee for our afternoon break. (Moved on to Rome, where iced coffee is hard to come by;)) great value, especially when considering it is at least a $50 complimentary breakfast for a couple. Hip top floor bar is a nice area for drinks overlooking the river and city. Great view of the palace. Staff is all friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Nothing could be better, great place, great value.

Location is excellent, next to the river and on the edge of the old city.. Pool in basement is excellent although it should try to open before 0900 hrs.

A desk in the room would have been a bonus. Channel selection on the TV was limited. A Euro 100 deposit on check-in was unexpected.

The location is great and overall the hotel is lovely. I had a very comfortable stay with very fast check in and check out.

Toiletries and supplies in the hotel were not great. Gowns offered looked worn out.

the rooms are really cool, the view is stunning, staff is very friendly (the lady i think she was the manager exceptionally) and the wellness area was amazing also the location is great, the center is just around the corner if we come back to prague we will definitely stay here again!

they use a very strong air freshener throughout the hotel- I found it overbearing and unpleasant. the hotel is clean and runs very smoothly. it could use some new decor- a bit of a facelift- but it’s clean and the staff is very attentive.
