Top-Lage! Top-Service! Sehr schönes Hotel, stilvoll gestaltet und durchweg hochwertig – die Lobby, das Restaurant, das gesamte Haus und auch das Zimmer (Nr. 505). Wir wiederkommen, dann aber ein anderes Zimmer wählen. :-) (siehe Bad) Top-located! Top-Service! Very nice Hotel, nicely designed, everything high-quality, the lobby, the restaurant, the house, the room (No 505). We will come back, but choose another room :-)

Warum keine 5 Punkte? Das Badezimmer entsprach definitiv nicht dem Standard, den ich von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel mit diesem Anspruch und Preisniveau erwarten würde. Es war zu klein, es gab keine Ablagen (hätte man Dusche, wäre Platz), die Badewanne war sehr rutschig und einige Elemente waren defekt/lose. Das Badezimmer sollte besser renoviert werden. Vielleicht sind andere Zimmer besser ausgestattet. Why not 5 points? The bathroom was definitly not at the level for a 5-star hotel with this claim an price. Too small, no tray, a slippery bathtub, some defect items. This should be renovated. Maybe other rooms are better equipped.

Location and friendly staff and service

Rooms weren’t cleaned every day. Only beds made and towels replaced . Coffee wasn’t good at breakfast, mostly cold coffee served

This was a central property, close to the main square and within walking distance to the main sites and near the bus 194. Ivan the cocktail bar tender is magnificent and an asset to the hotel. If only all the staff had his degree of excellence

The Reception team, check in , no concierge, breakfast choices and lack of a team. From the first entry into the hotel we realised it was not a 5 star. We had a ridiculous and laborious check in process… made to sit down while the receptionist went away, then another group of guests arrived and he started on their check in procedure before he had finalised ours . No one explained the services of the hotel, breakfast or spa. At the breakfast there were no bowls for cereal, no milk …. no one advised us about ordering a separate breakfast , although you could. I just got the feeling the hotel staff were making it up as they went along
