Clarion Congress Hotel Prague

Dear Clarion Congress Hotel Praha team, I wanted to share some feedback about our recent stay. The reception service was friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. We also liked the breakfast service. However, the room service felt quite unfriendly for

The service on the rooms really came across as unfriendly for no reason. Reception was fine, and the breakfast service was okay too, but the room service really wasn’t. The rooms were satisfactory overall, but unfortunately the pillows were very uncomfortable and felt extremely thin, almost like a piece of paper. It was very difficult to sleep comfortably on them. We would recommend providing better-quality, more comfortable pillows for guests. The blanket provided was also too small, and two adults on a double bed couldn’t cover themselves properly. So that wasn’t satisfactory either.

Sauberkeit

Lange Wartezeiten beim Check In. Zum Teil sehr unfreundlich und frech
