Lo que más me gustó fue la amabilidad y buen servicio del personal , pero las instalaciones muy limpias , la ubicación inmejorable, cerca de todo , la comida muy rica, en fin, fue una estancia placentera para mi familia. Se dio un pequeño desperfecto en la habitación y a la 1 am fue corregido de forma satisfactoria y eficiente por el personal, eso se aprecia.

Tener que pagar por el parqueo.

El aire acondicionado estaba malo, pero nos hicieron un upgrade de pieza para recompensarlo

El desayuno del upgrading estaba muy bien. La comida en El Cardenal siempre es garantía. La habitación era muy espaciosa aunque no lujosa.

Pensé que la suite tendría mejor equipamiento

At check in they gave me a room that wasn’t remodelled: old furniture and old ugly carpet on the floor. I complained. They fix it. Always a good experience with Hilton.

Me gusto mucho la ubicación porque esta cerca de todos los sitios de interés de la ciudad, sus desayunos ricos y excelente atención del personal, las camas son una delicia para el descanso muy confortables.

Quizás podría decir que sus tarifas son un poco altas pero la verdad vale cada peso que se pago, así que no podría decir que algo no me gusto, considero que el precio fue porque era temporada alta.

We didn't get the room we originally booked, but the staff was great and worked to get us moved to a better room, compensated us for the trouble!

The wool was nice

They have nothing for children. I asked what they have for dinner and they suggest fries with ketchup. All restaurantes closes at 6:00pm

The Hilton MC Reforma is beautiful, wonderfully laid out and centrally located. The standard rooms are not like any I have seen before; spacious, with wall in closet, desk and coach, separate tub and shower. The room service was outstanding! All the food delicious; we were attending a conference on a tight schedule and service was so fast. The 3 staff who delivered food on the 12th floor over the week were kind and friendly. Our room attendant Rita was also amazing. At our opening reception at the pool, the colourful Mexican textiles added to the tables showed the Hilton’s attention to detail.

Perhaps add another ATM machine somewhere on the property. The one in the lobby was out of order when we were there.

The condition of the infrastructure in the rooms, bathrooms and common areas is poor. Bathrooms with patched finishes, broken sinks, broken, old doors without repair. The business center service is not focused on the reality of service, since the hours and availability of use, cost for use, are not in line with other hotels in similar chains or worse in the network of the chain itself.

The somewhat run-down block near the Centro Historico and Bellas Artes had some appeal, e.g. it is near the fabulous Franz Meyer Museum and Bellas Artes. The ouside lap pool is nice. Views from the high floors, 26 and 27, are good. The staff are generally pleasant.

This large hotel is a now-dated 1970s property oriented to domestic conventions. It doesn't cater to individual travelers anywhere near the pretended luxury experience. Though we were on a high "executive floor" the large room had worn furniture and a thready rug, with some noticeable stains and a few pieces of food on the floor. The beds were fine as was the bathroom, though the high-sided tub would be hazardous to some folks. There was one worn arm chair, in addition to a desk and chair, but from the space two would have been more apppropriate. We had access to an "exclusive" executive dining room and lounge on the 26th floor. However, for the breakfast after our second night a whole lot of people showed up for breakfast who could not have been guests in the two executive floors. The lounge had a nightly happy hour with free drinks of okay quality and variety which was a nice feature. Particularly cheesy was that in this land of flowers the arrangements by most elevator banks were plastic. Hotel security on the ground floor was present but appeared weak compared to other hotels in the Reforma area. All in all, a substantial revamping is overdue for this property.
