Una buena ubicación. Las habitaciones muy limpias y el personal del hotel muy amable.

Si llegabas tarde al desayuno casi no había opciones de alimentación. Se acababa y no te llenaban nuevamente las opciones de alimentación. El menú básico, pero acorde con el precio. Una noche queríamos calentar una pizza y nos dijeron que el horno microondas estaba dañado, al día siguiente alguien del personal lo usó.

Very small room, very bad breakfast. The first day, they said the jam had finished. The next days they didn't refill. The last day they finished also the butter and they didn't bother about that. The breakfast service was very poor in general, especially for a hotel like this.

Muy buena ubicación, habitación funcional, trato muy amable del personal, disponibilidad de consigna. Desayuno correcto aunque no muy variado en productos.

Inflexibilidad en el check out (no existe el late check out) por lo que debimos pagar la habitación completa para poder quedarnos unas horas más.

Windows in my room were covered with matting foil and not openable, but had vent and did let enough sunlight, so this wasn’t a huge issue.

The good things about the hotel are the location - it is in a very safe zone, and the friendliness of the staff. Otherwise this hotel is a shame!

The room is extra extra small. I think we got the smallest room in the entire hotel. And had to pay 200 MNX extra to enter the room early! They did not clean it well, they just changed some of the towels, put two bottles of water every day and took out the trash. I realized that the floors were very dirty, also the tub and everything else. They didn't change our bed linen for our entire 9 days stay, even when I asked them to. The sink is connected to the room, and shower cabin and toilet are in a separate space. This is a problem for a room this size. The windows can't be opened at all, and you can't see throw them either, they have a foggy/milky color. It can be dark at night, since the lights are so poor. During our whole 9 days stay we couldn't turn on the air conditioner to get warm. It was horrible. There is no refrigerator in the room, and actually not much space to leave your stuff. The breakfast had a poor choice and there are only four tables to sit in, so if there are five families trying to have breakfast one will have to wait. It is a shame of a hotel, disgraceful really!

I would have been happy if it was mentioned that there is no window in the room. Breakfast was great😍 Cleaning was good! Great neighbourhood.

We arrived at 06;00 in the morning, after 24 hours of flying across the world, super exhausted and had to wait until 14:00 to check in after we bagged to get the room, I do not see any reason for that, rilles are made to be broken sometimes, since I am not a young person, I felt I was not respected in that way, because I was beyond tired, I was not well. And I know the rooms were clean already. Staff did not make any effort or smile sometimes, very rigid.

Perfect location in a very good neighbourhood. Withing walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Good breakfast. An overall good stay.

The hotel was in a great location, close to great restaurants/food stalls/supermarket. Roma itself was a lovely area and we were very comfortable there.

The soundproofing of the room wasn't the best, definitely not an issue for me, but my girlfriend sometimes found it difficult to sleep. The hotel wasn't noisy but sometimes the other guests could slam doors/talk loudly just outside the room. She still enjoyed our stay as well though!

The room air conditioning

The staff would not allow early check in. I sent a message with my arrival time when I booked the property. I arrived sick and the lobby was hot. The staff acted as if I was interrupting their day. The lobby furniture is uncomfortable and there is no air conditioning. The first night, someone opened the door to my room when I was sleeping. The toilet lid was broken. The water pressure was low. The room was small and claustrophobic. I paid for 7 nights and left after 6.

the room was spacious and had loads of storage and drawers for your clothes. The bathroom was lovely, enough places to hang items. the breakfast was great. the staff really friendly and helpful. I had a late flight on my last day and they stored my luggage for me and allowed me to sit in the communal areas to wait. the location is great, perfect for exploring Roma.

Room was a strange layout with a hole in the headboard behind my head? It was also quite dark (no windows to look out of so be aware) and noisy in my particular room.
