The rooftop terrace, breakfast buffet and location! We also enjoyed the interior design. Very peaceful and beautiful!

Quick check in. All staff me bers encountered very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of choice of fruit, cold meats etc. Comfortable and well appointed room. I liked the underfloor heating in our room.

Nice, clean and new looking hotel in a very convenient location. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was modern and functional. While it was set up to sleep 3, reality is that it’s mainly for 2 as the configuration was a bit odd. Nevertheless, the hotel worked out perfectly for us for one night. Strongly recommended for 1-2 guests.

The water pressure of the shower was too low and we expected body lotion and a dental kit to be included.

We was disappointed that the rooftop terrace was closed. They should state that online because that was the main reason we booked the hotel considering it is closed all winter. No slippers in rooms. Bottle water in room should be complimentary not charged. Breakfast was very average.

The hotel offered us a round of free drinks at the hotel bar one night since our room wasn’t ready at check in time. The hotel staff, including bartender and breakfast staff, were polite and well trained. The hotel is in a good location. After the first night, the hotel does send an email asking how your stay is going so you can provide feedback.

Our room was supposed to be ready by 2pm. We arrived at 3pm and were informed it wasn’t ready yet. More than an hour later, we were informed the room was ready, but when we went upstairs we found that they were still cleaning. After a few minutes, they finished and informed us that the bathroom floor was still wet and they left a window open to help it dry. It was January so the entire room was quite chilly when we arrived and took a little while to heat up. The room had no soundproofing and we could heard the guests from the other rooms having conversations and even snoring at night. The bathroom had no ventilation so we had to leave the window open after every shower, which made the room and bathroom feel cold. We chose not to point these issues out to staff during our stay because I didn’t want our neighbors to think we were complaining about their noise - it was an issue of the hotel, not the other guests. Also the minibar did not have a menu that listed prices. We had just one small water during our stay, and at check out we were charged out 7.50 euros for the single .5L water. I didn’t realize this until after left and reviewed the receipt more carefully. The last day of our stay, the Wi-Fi in the hotel didn’t work at all, and by the morning of the check out, it still was not working. This hotel has a lot of potential thanks to the location and rooftop bar (which is closed in the winter), but there is still a lot of work to do to truly be a 4 star hotel. Offering free drinks to guests is a kind gesture, but it doesn’t make up for the other problems the hotel has.

Location was what we were looking

It would have been appreciated if the hotel could have offer slippers . The coffe / te maker was dirty and disgusting. The noise level were disturbing, we could ear guest and people from outside talking.
