Albergo delle Drapperie

The staff, including Camilla and her Colleague at the reception, were exceptionally kind, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was very good. There is also plenty of restaurants around. When I returned back home, I realized that I forgot my necklace in the hotel, the staff activated to find it and ship it for me. Camilla was of great professionalism and replied to my emails and handled related correspondence efficiently. A special hats-off to the housekeeping staff for their honesty and integrity!. I highly recommend this hotel, you just feel at home thanks to a fantastic staff!

Nothing.

Without doubt the staff were the highlight of the stay, they really couldn't do enough. Add a beautiful building and great location and it's one of the best stays I've had.

Honestly, I can't think of anything.

Location could not be better. In the heart of the old medieval section; surrounded by wonderful markets, lively cafes and near key sights. Central to many different districts that one might want to visit. Staff was helpful and cheerful.

We were very satisfied with this hotel and would return. We would have preferred different pillows is the only item I could mention here.

Hotel was in a great location, easy to walk to everything. Near lots of restaurants.

Had to walk up many flight of stairs with heavy cases to use the lifts.
