Big rooms and bathrooms. Next to Leizensky ( Royal Baths) Park. Breakfast.

We only had two towels, had to ask for bathrobes, no shower caps.

Big bathroom, beautiful lobby, nice location, helpful staff (they always try to help)

Nothing maybe just the elevator is too slow😩

Was cold, no heat. No temperature control, but it was ok. I think It was before heater season is turned on. But, it was ok.

The pool is lovely.

The rooms are dated - carpet is wrinkly in places, TVs are old with no capacity to connect to phones or tablets and only has Polish cable. Our Anglo tourist family ended up huddled around an iPhone to watch a show we could understand and enjoy. We’re also a family of four who requested two rooms expecting them to connect. We were originally given 1 keycard per room which isolated us into groups of two with no easy way to connect over going to the pool, coordinating snacks or luggage, etc. We were given extra keycards when we asked but we might have then been annoying to other guests as we went back and forth room to room to check in on each other/spend time together. (The kids wanted to sleep together at first and there was quite a bit of to-ing and fro-ing before we settled down with one kid and one parent per rom. Not ideal.
