The location is superb, very close to the key parts of the city. We had great views of the Duomo and Cathedral from our balcony and incredible sunsets.
We had the Deluxe suite that was large enough, big balcony and 2 bathrooms, plus a lovely lounge area. It also included free wine, beer and cocktails during our stay, which was an added bonus. The staff were very helpful and gave us great recommendations for where to go and also for excellent restaurants
Not obvious how to get in the property when you first get there, but that is a minor point

Excellent location on the western edge of the Historic Centre and only 30 mins walk to/from the railway and bus stations.
The staff, owner and manager were superb - welcoming, helpful, friendly.
Our small room was very well furnished in Italian style and enjoyed a fine view over the Arno from the balcony.
In fact, the whole place just spoke of Italian Style.
The rather dim lighting in the shared stairways of the building.

The location… close to the river and easily to get around.
I didn’t like my room. It was very small, dark and overly packed with decorative items felt too much … not relaxing .
