Excelente atención, muy amable el personal que nos recibió, siempre atentos a cada consulta, la pieza muy bonita y con una hermosa vista. El restaurant con un desayuno muy completo y variado !

Die Lage im Hafen ist gut. Es lag daran, dass wir zuerst ein Zimmer zur Hofseite erhalten haben. Da wird gebaut. Der Baulärm (Metallsägegeräusche) war sehr störend.

Baulärm, auf der Homepage steht nichts von Baulärm.

Views of Barcelona are exceptional Door Staff really pleasant and helpful. Great coffee shop situated next to the hotel serving amazing roasted coffee and toasted sandwiches.

The restaurant/food at the hotel is pricy

I appreciate the staff, the hotel's cuisine, and the central location. However, management needs to address the issues to truly unlock the hotel's potential and deliver the 5-star experience it promises. For now, it feels like a diamond in the rough - sparkling yet, not polished.

Service is a critical aspect where the hotel faltered. It seems to be a manifestation of poor management rather than the fault of the diligent staff. The employees were genuinely helpful and interested in assisting the guests, yet they seemed stretched too thin. A couple of instances that stood out included the delayed delivery of luggage to our room, which arrived only after repeated calls and a thirty-minute wait. Dining at 'The Corner' restaurant was another experience that could have been improved, as the lone waiter struggled to cater to all the customers. Waiting for the menu, and then the meal, tested our patience. Similar scenes repeated at breakfast, with the rush leading to inevitable queues.

Really i liked the hotel so much the facilities and room size and rooftop and pool i just want to thanks Paula at front reception she helped me to get my room before 3 PM

I really liked the hotel much but maybe the price of the breakfast should be around 20 euros instead of 28 euros that will be fair enough other than that hotel was perfect
