Czystość w hotelu, różnorodne śniadanie, woda do picia dostępna po wejściu do hotelu.

Podawanie numeru karty kredytowej na recepcji gdy wcześniej została pobrana płatność przez booking z góry a w hotelu było się zameldowanym trzy dni wcześniej jest w dzisiejszych czasach śmieszne. To Hiszpania... nijak to się jednak ma do przepisywania numeru dowodu osobistego przez kilka minut podczas zameldowania. Głowa starszego recepcjonisty była wszędzie tylko nie uczestniczyła w procesie zameldowania...

Estancia en Sevilla por trabajo. El hotel tenía una ubicación perfecta, de mi conveniencia. Buen aislamiento en las habitaciones. Personal amable, pendiente para atenderte en lo que necesitara.

Excelente ubicación , el hotel debe tener sus años pero no se notan dentro pues es amplio , limpio y remodelado . su personal muy amable en especial el servicio del bar. Buen desayuno y servicios en general

Todo perfecto , la habitación espectacular .

Ahora mismo está todo en obras y estuvimos una hora esperando para coger un taxi y desde el hotel no se preocuparon mucho

ubicación genial, esta en frente de un corte inglés y es fácil llegar aun que no conozcas las ciudad

El acceso al parking estaba en obras y fue algo incomodo llegar, pero no es culpa del hotel.

Super friendly welcome from Valentina, amazing apartment, cool & coooool, great facilities.

Pool is quite small but did expect that. Our first night we stayed in an another hotel with a big pool to chill out & swim. Now ready to explore from this base- refreshed. Mixing it up.

There was nothing not to like

The room and the pool was fantastic. Staff were friendly and the facilities were great. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

So to be clear we enjoyed our stay and if we were to visit Seville again we would definitely stay here. However there was some small improvements that could have been made to make this stay perfect. Firstly the toilet facilities by the pool could do with a refresh. Secondly the food menu on offer at the pool side was pretty expensive for what you got. You could find considerably better and cheaper options just outside the hotel. Finally a few more variety of weighted dumbbells in the gym would have been greatly appreciated.

There is parking but is not free. Is in the premises but is private. Average of 22 dollars per day.

Everything was really nice. The staff are very friendly, the room was big and clean. The hotel is modern. The pool is really good and relaxing. I really enjoy the stay. Unfortunately had a construction in front of the hotel but this is not the hotel fault. I couldn’t hear anything about the construction inside of the room. I just realized that had a construction on the street once I was on the street otherwise, was very ok.

The taxi called by the hotel, 45 euros for the airport, much more expensive than the night taxi when I arrived.

Rooms and facilities are clean and modern. Good breakfast. Lot of options.

There is road construction going on so there is no access to the garage from front road. Have to take the back road which is one way street and then turn right on C. Fray Pedro de Zúñiga. The parking will be on left corner at end of st.

Breakfast was amazing. We had a large family suite - was amazing. On Booking.com, I was unable to book the suite for 2 adults and 2 kids. Had to add the kids later directly with hotel. Wasn't an issue, just a small extra charge to use the included sofa bed and a small charge for breakfast for the kids.

The crowd was not very diverse. Pretty much all other guests were European. We definitely stood out as people of color (and as Americans for that matter), especially at the pool.

Very easy access to the center in a 5-7 min ride by car. Excellent car parking. Good breakfast. Good environment at the pool.

Lunch at the buffet was a deception.

Location around 20-30min walk to center.

In room throught ventilation was coming smells from canalization. Pool is way too crowded all the time. Impossible to drive car to hotel entrance. Road construction works all around hotel. Parking? There is no parking. I left my car 10min walk from hotel. 10€/24h

Lovely staff, especially in the Levels lounge and by the pool. Rooms are immaculate and bedding beautiful. I cannot fault this hotel. Food in levels lounge is outstanding.

It would be good to have some English TV. But there is nothing I didn’t like.

Excellent Hotel . Travelled with family . Parking nearby . Breakfast was great . Pool was great . Rooms were great and beds were comfy , what more do you need .
