Fabulous location and views. Gorgeous swimming pool. Fast service in dining room and kind staff.

Evening meal was disappointing. Only had green vegetables available twice. Not enough variety for hot food but salads and cold food good.

The location is superb. The marina is on one side, one of the beaches and the castle on the opposite side and the town on the third side. The airport bus has a stop very close by. Our room was on the 4th floor with a small balcony and a good view of the marina. I have been to quite a few hotels in Europe but this was the first one I have been to with BBC1 and various ITV/C4/5 channels. The reception staff were all excellent and friendly. On one occasion my wife slipped on the side of the pool and fell over. All the staff, from the pool attendant to the duty hotel manager, could not have been more caring.

The walls seemed quite thin. Reception rang us to say the occupant in the next room had complained that they could hear our TV. However, from the moment we got into the room, we could clearly hear their TV but we didn't want to make a fuss. I was not a great fan of the door key being on a wrist band, which could not be removed unless it was cut off. However, I can see that from the hotel's point of view that it probably saves a lot of lost key cards.

Strand sehr schmutzig! Toiletten am Strand ständig kaputt! Das als Strand ausgewiesen durch das Hotel! Pool im Hotel sehr klein und kalt!Sind jeden Tag mit der Tram 20 Minuten zu einem tollen Strand gefahren!
