The location of the hotel is perfect. It's in the center, close to the beach and main attractions. The tram to Benidorm and the railway station are also in a walking distance. The staff is very friendly, they try to accommodate the needs of guests as quick as possible.If you would like to go to the beach, you can rent beach towels and beach umbrella for a very affordable price.

First days we had problems with cold water supply, but it was solved by hotel staff members.

The staff Guilherme was lovely, helpful and kind. He gave us a very good recommendation for where we could go/eat. The location is amazing and the hotel/room are very clean. I definitely recommend and we will come back soon.

Great staff who accommodated us at the very last minute. Well decorated rooms with plenty of space and great Juliet balconies. Fantastic location, with everything very close to hand. There is also a great rooftop bar to enjoy once the sun had set.

A nice boutique hotel fixtures we're lovely and the staff helpful and very friendly it was in a great location we went to watch the fiesta it was amazing the costumes and atmosphere was awesome would definitely stay there again, just a word of warning as it was the fiesta it can be very noisy as the Spanish people like to let their hair down and partly till 4am. Oh yes and they have a roof terrace with a bar which was good you could watch the fireworks from

The friendliness and efficiency of the reception staff. The location being close to beach, restaurants, and bars.

Unfortunately for us, our room was in close proximity to a disco and a tent that was celebrating the Bonfires! And loud music was played until 5am in the morning. This festival is on during June, so I would avoid this place during that time. But as soon as it was finished, I did get a good night's sleep. Our room 103 was a little dated and could do with some TLC.

Hotel was clean. Rooms were very small though. Friendly staff. A festival was going on, on the last nights stay. Fireworks, shouting, screaming, laughing going on all night . Had no sleep on the last night . Hotel itself is situated on a little side street. No nice view from the balcony.

Excellent location to the beach (5 minutes walk). Surrounded by restaurants but also just off the main thoroughfares so not too noisy. The staff were all excellent, very friendly and polite without being official. Great stay - will definitely return.

There is a mix of refurbished rooms and older rooms but it´s a boutique hotel. I would only comment that the older room we had was great but needed some slight maintenance and refresh. It did not take away from our stay in the slightest.

Excellent staff, caring, helpful, responsive, nothing too much trouble. There was a kettle and fridge in the room for either tea/coffee or cold wine. The TV had BBC news to keep abreast of news. The shower was great. The hotel is in the centre of the old town, 5 minutes walk to beach and where you catch airport bus C6. I would definitely stay here again.

A little noisy at weekend from fellow guests so better to take ear plugs if you wish to avoid noise.

location amazing along with hotel

Located in the heart of the old town we found the surrounding area to be perfect. There were bars and restaurants just outside the door and taxi ranks and the marina was only a short distance away. Breakfast is to be highly recommended.

It might be tricky to find but you should have no problems if you use a sat nav.

This has been our 5th stay at the Hotel. We just love the location, the hotel style and kind staff

Fabulous location, right in the heart of the old town. The building itself is steeped in history, a former nunnery. Bars and restaurants are just outside the front door.. rooms are soundproofed and are impenetrable by any external noise. The staff were amazing, especially Emiliano who was most helpful in sharing his knowledge of the local area, which in turn, ensured that we saw the best of Alicante during our stay.

Bathroom could have been bigger, but wasn't a deal breaker

The hotel is in a good location for the beach, the old town and cafes and bars. All rooms are different but we were upgraded to a very large family room with a comfortable big bed and a small balcony. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The windows have modern double glazing behind the original shuttered windows so we heard very little street noise.

Part of the ceiling was the original wood and is in need of sound insulation (the people in the room above us were very noisy). We would still stay again as it's a lovely quirky property.

Great location, wonderful and super helpful staff, and cozy place. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I highly recommend

The only downside was having to ring a bell and get someone to open the main door, when returning late at night to the hotel. Nothing major.

Staff location great . Had to get room changed as was in top floor with sloping roof. Could not get out of bed and stand up and I’m only 5ft4

Room moved to was great as to size ect . The only problem,was the noise from room above. There was no Noise proofing on floor. We heard every footstep floor squeaked constantly and unfortunately heard someone being violently sick very early one morning.we were there for 11nights and did not have one nights undistruptive sleep .hotel advertises roof top bar- but was not open although you could use area. Also no safe deposit boxes as advertised.. staff locked your possessions in their safe which you had to ask when you wanted them back . Bit of a pain when you had to wait behind people booking in etc
