The hotel is in a central location. Beautiful city. Parking available underneath the hotel. Very clean. Nice breakfast and the receptionists were so helpful especially Nacho.

We loved the hotel in general. The location was perfect and the rooms ideal for our stay. Thank you also for all the dog amenities in the room for our dog!

The location was exceptional, we had a great view of the main arteries of Granada and all the beautiful mountains. The room was clean, spacious and had a semicircular balcony with 3 access (1 from the bathroom and 2 from the bedroom).
It was the most comfortable and gorgeous room of our trip. Staff was very friendly and cooperative in every aspect. Breakfast was excellent. Overall that hotel is in a perfect spot to visit the beautiful Granada!!!

Very friendly restaurant staff at breakfast and the location.
Inefficient management of the facility. Rooms were not ready at check-in. It took them 2 extra hours to check us in offering us a different type of room other than the one we booked. The next day the house keeping didn’t clean rooms till 5pm only after requesting the service from reception.
