Everything. There was ample space for everyone and it had everything we needed. Fernando was amazing and was always happy to help.
Nothing. It was extremely hot when we visited Granada and because of that we had to ask for an extra fan (even though the air-con was working fine) which Fernando quickly arranged for us.

We used the place as a crash pad, and it is fit for that purpose
We were expecting to get a concessional rate for the local public parking, but this was not the case.

The location was very ‘seedy’. It opened out onto backstreets that stank of urine.
It was not possible to close one of the doors to the ground floor apartment . This made me feel very vulnerable.
The apartment was not clean, the bathroom tiles were filthy, the settee was stained, the bathroom door would not lock, there was no kettle and one of the two cups was cracked completely.
On arrival we were met by Victor who could not wait to leave, we had thought that this was the business office we were going at 28 Frailes Street as we had booked Calle Montalbán 5 through booking.com.

I notified Carmen immediately on arrival of this and that there was no hot water but she said that the boiler had broken down ‘earlier’ . We should have been advised of this immediately.She did not offer a solution then and only the next day when we complained that we had to boil pots to wash (there was not even a stopper in the sink) did she offer to move us to another apartment for the one night remaining of our stay. This experience and the lack of action by the hosts really spoiled our experience of Granada. We have been many years with booking.com and have never once written a negative report such as this. This company does not mean the standards that we have come to expect from booking.com

Central location.
Tiny apartment, and a normal sized person could barely fit into the shower. Although secure parking was provided at.extra cost, it was such a nightmare to access we forfeited a day of our stay because we couldn't cope with getting the car in and out of the car lift.

Perfect location. If you are looking for somewhere to sleep, have a quick shower and spend the rest of the day out, its perfect. If you will use the room to spend more time there and relax... maybe you should ask to the property to offer you another of his apartments.
The bed is not the most confortable and the apartment is in the first floor so you can hear the street noise. It's true that it's not a busy street, but still you can see and hear the people walking through

1. Sound proofing non existent and noisy fridge combined with being on the ground floor on the street side and Spanish being rather expressive makes it quite difficult to have a peaceful night of sleep.
2. Double bed is on the small side and freaking keep squeaking at each movement.

The apartment is lovely and very nicely decorated and nice furnishings.
Amazing location. Fernando the owner was very efficient and very friendly and helpful.
When booking the apartment we understood from the photographs that the apartment had a terrace we could sit out on, that's why we booked it. On arrival the apartment didn't have a terrace the apartment only had a Juliete balcony which was so small you couldn't even stand on it.
I think the owner could provide better pillows as they were very thin also wine glasses would be nice.
