Novotel Madrid Feria and Airport

In proximity to the airport. Facilities were excellent, and the gym was functional... It was a night-long stay, but it went well. The receptionist could have been friendlier: serious and distant, like a rotten orange.

It was a bit rude of the receptionist to let you stand still while she attended a mobile call.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay and would happily come back.

Great Hotel with Excellent Staff We had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend the hotel. The hotel was pleasant, and most of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We did unfortunately find maggots in one of our rooms, but the hotel dealt with this promptly and professionally, moving us to another room and offering complimentary breakfast as compensation. Daniel was particularly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. The restaurant staff were also lovely. Unfortunately, the barman was extremely rude and unhelpful, which was disappointing and made us feel uncomfortable. Overall, despite this experience, the hotel handled the issue well and we would still recommend staying here.
