Poor restaurant service could improve.

Great hotel, it’s my preference in Sevilla for the last 5 years, either with my family or alone/work. Very good facilities, spacious, comfortable, one of the best breakfasts I’ve experienced, friendly staff

A lot of restrictions on the parking lot / access to EV chargers due to a long term corporate event

The adults only pool was a pleasant and very enjoyable surprise

The only thing I’d add is a hot tub!

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the rooms were great! The air con was also very good! The staff were also friendly and pleasant.

There was a SKODA exhibition on so we couldn't park anywhere. The street outside the hotel was full and the main carpark was full and I had a lot of heavy music equipment to load and unload. When we tried to enter via the barrier we couldn't get in and then once you were in, it was difficult to get out. The main big pool that was also pictured in the first photo of the hotel wasn't there so there was only one small pool at the back of the hotel - there weren't enough sun loungers for everyone, especially as there was a lot of people in the hotel for the convention. We also didn't get our coffee topped up in the room each day Overall It was an okay hotel but definitely not 5Stars.
