Very comfortable, very clean hotel. Lovely bedroom with separate seating area. Ideal location for the main street shops and restaurants. The bus station a few minutes walk. Easy to get a bus to the airport or around the island.

We stay in this hotel 5 or 6 times a year every year and it is always an enjoyable experience. The staff are friendly and it is very clean and comfortable. I normally love staying here

I was taken seriously ill towards the end of our stay and an ambulance had to be called. The night time receptionist was very unhelpful.. When I returned from the hospital we told him we had to leave a day early. His response of "OK" was not unexpected at this point. When we checked out a couple of hours later he was also very unhelpful. I could barely carry myself, let alone my rucksack but at no point did he offer to call a taxi so that I wouldn´t have to cross the busy road and walk to the taxi rank. I am very surprised by this as the receptionists are normally lovely and very helpful. We left with a bad feeling. Extremely disappointed and more than a little upset
