The room bigger very clean and good location

More security because last night on floor 5th they some guess don’t stop shooting the door all night they talking louder outside of the room wishch very not respect to other guests so yeh think you need more security specially at night

Nice hotel. Wonderful staff. Bedrooms could do with a deep clean, tv Remote broken. But overall good value for money will return.

TV Remote woudnt work. Skirting boards dirty. Tv screen dirty.

Location was good. Hotel was quiet, warm and clean. The lady on reception for our evening check in and morning checkout was very nice. Smiling, polite and had a laugh with us. She was the highlight of the stay.

This place is definitely in need of some serious renovation. Back in its early days maybe it was a nice place inside but it is very rough around the edges now. It was clean and maintained but just new paint over old cracks as they say. And for £140 for one night plus parking its not the cheapest. The price is purely for the city centre location and does not reflect the hotel its self. Also 1/2 lifts out of order and stains all over the lobby carpet as well as a leaky toilet in reception make for a poor first impression.
