The room was beautiful, the bed was comfy.

The small window.. but that's just me having to pick absolutely something out of thin air!

Staff where great

Room was very dated. Parking was a nightmare.

The location was perfect for me. Was harassed when arrived owing to traffic and Sheffield being unknown. The staff were EXCELLENT. They could not have been more helpful with parking and baggage

I would have liked more tea bags and milk, BUT I could have taken responsibility and asked. A lick of paint would have covered scratches, but that is nothing after the care I was given

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and good for somewhere to rest after a good night out at a gig. We wanted somewhere that was near the train staion and the Sheffield United staduim and this seemed to fit inbetween both which great.

Very dated, needs TLC. Breakfast was awful, mixed up putting meat on my plate, waited nearly 50 mins for food to arrive both mornings. Wouldn’t stay again, not worth £100 a night.

Car park had snow all over it ,ungritted difficult to leave carpark charged £7 for it

The staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Have stayed many times.

Unfortunately no chef so no evening meal (hospitality hit after Brexit!) so had to Google a restaurant to go to. Would help if there was a list of takeaways and nearby restaurants in each room. I was on my own and the walk up towards the shops and restaurants was quite dark and lonely.

Great location for university and only 10 mins into edge of town. Price was great. Free parking too.

Bed wasn’t brilliant, a little small. I’m tall but onky 6’1 and it was too small for me. Shower ran cold after 3 mins.

Met my expectations as I'd stayed here before. Great location for my needs. Pleasant staff. Much nicer room than the single one I stayed in previously (aside from the bathroom)). Comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water. Very fresh bed linen and towels. Could be great with investment.

Toilet was coming away from the wall with broken tiles behind. Cracked basin. 4 star rating must be historic as it would benefit from refurbishment. It is frustrating to pay an extra £7 for parking in light of this.

The location was good for the purpose of our stay.

The rooms were small and dark. Cramped making it an uncomfortable stay. We left a day early and moved to a different hotel.

absolutely nothing , the staff were nice , it’s not there fault

it was so unclean , especially the carpet which had carpet mites , the shower had mould and creepy crawlers in . the lights flashed on and off . it needs to be refurbished desperately
