Very cosy hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable and a good size. Really liked our stay. Would defo go back.
Loved the complimentory bottled water. Food was excellent in the restaurant.
Not enough people in the restaurant - a little void of atmosphere.

We stayed at the Diplomat for a charity event. We had a lovely spacious room with pleasant views. The beds were large and comfortable and the room was clean . The bathroom was large and also had a bath and his and hers sinks.We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed the meal. The Diplomat also has a pleasant spa with a sauna and steam room . We enjoyed our stay in this large impressive hotel.
A few of the outside areas looks a little run down and could do with sprucing up. The pool surround was a slippy this could be because of the cleaning materials used. It would have been nice if there was a triple bed option in the family room.Only small gripes as overall was a great stay.

The location
In need of refurbishment, restaurant food was terrible, no feedback after complaint. Guest in adjacent room was coughing most of the night, people also walking around during the night were clearly heard in my bedroom.
