The location of the hotel was perfect. Right by the sea and close to the town centre. Parking just a short walk away.
The breakfast was fabulous. All the staff were extremely helpful
The room was described as small and indeed it was. It could probably have done with a slightly smaller bed [although it was very comfortable] as it was difficult to walk around. The bathroom was reasonably spacious

Lovely big comfortable room with view over the town. The room looked exactly as advertised. All staff were very helpful and very friendly.
No instructions in the room on how to adjust the temperature and the window did not open very much due safety reasons, being on the 4th floor. I'm sure the staff would have explained if we had asked them.

Property location is great, and the lady who checked us in and out was possibly the nicest receptionist we’ve ever encountered. Room had good added extras like ironing board and Dyson hairdryer.
We paid for an upgraded sea view room, view out as we were on the ground floor was obstructed by concrete/tarmac and railings, would have expected premium rooms to be on higher levels to give a better experience. It was also located right next to the bars patio area meaning no privacy if curtains were open and the Saturday DJ set sounded like it was actually in the room, all in all didn’t make for a pleasant relaxing experience.
