Room was very spacious, comfortable beds and clean. Tv was good with a good variety of channels coffee station was good. Plenty of hot water. Very kindly accommodated my request for a low floor and easily accessible room
Tiles on the floor in the bathroom were not floor tiles and were extremely slippy. They were wall tiles and not floor tiles! It was a ground floor room and the windows opened very wide and so could not safely leave a window open. Was no facilities to buy a drink or coffee etc until 5pm - no bar or anything until then. WiFi was available but didnt work in the room

The hotel was very nice the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a good choice of stuff.
We knew about having to pay extra for parking but don't think it is great. Also didn't like the shower much as it didn't have a curtain as it was set up as a wet room bathroom.

I only arrived at midnight. Winston was so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much to ask. He also gave me a glass to fill at the water station and explained the times for breakfast etc. Kris was very helpful in the morning, getting the invoice into the company name. He was so patient with me. The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean and worked. The breakfast was AMAZING and only cost £9.95. Parking upfront was only £5. This is definitely a place to come back to.
The entrance looked closed from the parking area. It should be more welcoming I would think. Some people say this hotel is outdated, but I loved it! A pity I couldn't stay longer.

Nothing, i did over sleep past check out, tee bed was that cozy😊
