Village Hotel Coventry

Nice modern hotel convenient location. Friendly staff Nice gym facilities.

Nice staff, convenient location. IONITY charters on site. However 8 of them were out of use due to cable theft.

Broken shower rose No eggs at breakfast! Was told we are waiting g for a delivery, done one should have gone to the nearby supermarket. The rest of breakfast was Luke warm at best and not great. One large lump of stuck together bacon was not appealing. Chargers out of use due to cable theft , although not the hotels fault, it didn’t feel me with confidence that my car would be safe over night.

10 girls having the brunch offer, great service and plenty of drinks offered.

Thought the DJ was playing until 8 so brunch came to a quick end, was a little disappointed that we didn't all have a chance to dance after brunch.

Easy check in process, and easy to access rooms and spacious rooms

The toilet was dirty, room wasn’t cleaned properly, lack of amenities in the room, there was no toilet brush in the bathroom to clean the toilet, no phone in the rooms to call reception, no fridge for drinks, room would benefit from a dressing table or similar set up as there was only one full length mirror which was far away from sockets and the table which is annoying when getting ready as a woman. The bathroom was quite dirty so we couldn’t even shower, we only stayed one night so we were able to go home but I can imagine how that would be terrible for longer stays.
