The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to the palace. Staff were very friendly.

Great staff who all really made you feel welcomed. Close to Victoria Station and the Palace, perfect for our needs. Lovely breakfast, cooked to perfection!
Aircon in the room was a bit weak.

The hotel is in a great location and is very welcoming and well presented. Staff are attentive and well mannered. The bar and dining rooms are comfortable and plush. The bed was fantastically comfortable with great pillows.
The hotel add on a (discretionary service charge) which seems excessive given the price of the rooms (£300+ per night room only). Breakfast is expensive (£45 if you choose to take it). The room was quite small and pokey. The "plumbing" wasn't great, with the sink taps barely trickling and the shower had a tendency to run hot and lukewarm whilst using it. The barman wasn't particularly friendly and the price of drinks was expensive - although the bar was very nice.

The Location
We were allocated a very poor room - very small and tired decor. However, the staff were very helpful in finding an alternative room. It was a disappointing start to our stay.
