great location view and rooms

we had a shower that split open while in use and wet the whole bathroom including our clothing but when mentioned to the staff on duty they were very uncaring and just wanted us out - after paying 650 per night I expected more as all I asked for was an extra half hour to dry our clothing as we were checking out that day and after the shower accident we had to dry our clothing etc before we could get dressed to leave which was a crazy rush but the girl on reception was very sharp and abrupt so it has put us off staying with you again. She may only be a receptionist but she is the face of your brand at the time and was not a good look.

Everything is at your doorstep . Retail,shopping centres,restaurants, all in walking distance. The beach right across the road. Public transport (bus) 2min walk.

As a smoker, it would be nice to have a smoking area.

Location, indoor pool

Neighbours played loud music and loud television for hours on our last night. It was the most disturbed night I've ever had in this type of accommodation in five decades!!!

Room, space and location

Very good of them to allow the early check-in. All amenities are excellent. Body Wash & Shampoo brand is MOST excellent. And LOVED the spa!

We booked a self contained apartment. Unreal location.colea supermarket next door. The Esplanade right out front full of cafes. Right across the road was a playground and toilet block above a whole lot of rock pools. About 500m walk along the beach or Esplanade to the swimming beach. Apartment view was unreal. Beds super comfy. Used both indoor and outdoor pools which was great to have both facilities. Will definitely stay again.

The dryer stopped working. Maintenance came the next morning to look at though. Need to go to reception for more laundry/dishwashing powder/toilet paper as was not serviced over our 7 night stay - but this was easy enough.

state of room has deteriorated since our first visit in 2018 - major refurbishment required to charge such high room rate.

The two-bedroom apartment was so spacious and beautiful. Two bathrooms, (one with separate toilet). A spa tub in the ensuite. Gorgeous views from the balcony.

The AC unit was really loud, but we didn't need it anyways, since the air-flow is fantastic.
