Great, open, airy, bright and secure townhouse. Well situated whilst still quiet and private. Great facilities, really felt like a home away from home.

Easy check-in/out. Great location. Very spacious townhouse with comfy beds etc. Lovely relaxed feel to the whole neighbourhood. Very quiet. Having an attached garage for our rental car was an awesome bonus.

It was very dirty. Pink around the downstairs basin plughole, had to wipe out the bath before my son could use it, mugs with what looked like melted cheese still in them from the last person, greasy stains on the upstairs couch and carpet, brown stains on 1 pillowcase (which we thankfully could swap for 1 out of the wardrobe), etc. Everywhere we looked seemed like it could do with a good wipe. If we were staying more than 1 night we would definitely have had to mention it to the staff but we ignored it as we weren't there a lot really. Also, would have loved to exit through the sliding door, straight out the gate (that was only for our apartment) and onto the footpath but the key didn't work for that door so we had to use the main front door and walk through the whole complex. Not a biggie but seemed odd there was a door/gate right there that we couldn't use.

Could do with recarpeting, front door hard to lock, plates and bowls chipped, not enough dishwahser or washing machine powder for 5 people, outdoor furniture wicker coming off, switch missing on fan in master

Our 2 bedroom apartment had everything we needed as a family with 2 babies under 2. The apartment was clean and spacious and the undercover parking was an added bonus.

Wi-Fi was super slow so we didn’t end up using it.

easy to find and pool is in our back yard.lovely and quiet.

There was a stale smell in the lounge room and bedroom. Might have been from the air conditioner

Nice sized rooms, beds were comfortable and pool and BBQ facilities were great.

Smoke alarm was removed from the apartment, which we didnt realise until we were leaving. Blinds were broken in main bedroom, chairs at dining table were unsafe to sit on, dishwasher was unusable as jets were all clogged with grime, lights were almost useless in the kitchen and saw a number of cockroaches throughout our stay.

The apartment was excellent- spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The complex is also directly across the road from a variety of shops including an Aldi, cafes and restaurants , and there is also the local pub literally 5 minutes walk away

Nothing really

Location was quite and close to shops, takeaway and restaurants. Pool was great too.

Coming from overseas it was disappointing that nothing was provided. Upon arrival we had a very small amount of washing liquid, no tea towel and very basic cookware. Don’t expect to be fed but a few essentials like cooking oil etc would be nice.

Couch was comfortable. Lovely looking units but cleaning needs to be stepped up.

Washing machine was disgusting. Couldn't wash clothes as it was absolutely filthy. No hand rail in ensuite, had no place for towels. 3 bedrooms were extremely hot. Pulled down blinds but still too hot to sleep in. Needs outdoor blinds for summer. Dishwasher was fifthly and had lots of rice covering filters. Cups stained. Doona in one of the bedrooms was blood stained. That's unacceptable.
