put me by the lift on first floor , phoned up requesting a move but said was fully booked , asked for a refund and they said yes no problem , the general manager is poor with communication as I went to their head office for a complaint and nothing done about it

Very clean and tidy, lots of natural day light. We stayed here for our friends wedding reception which was amazing.

I just thought it was quite expensive for one night

Easy and plenty of parking fro the outset. Self check was very easy and simple. Even though a staff member was around for any issues with this it wasn't required. The bar Grill facility was excellent and plenty of room. I noticed the cleanliness of the property was so good and the rooms are very comfortable indeed. Breakfast was excellent and the service we got from the staff was brilliant. 10 out of 10 stay for me. Will be back

3 miles outside of Solihull wasn't ideal but a short taxi journey (approx £8.50) was absolutely fine.

The cleanses of the room.

I booked in through booking.com and paid immediately for the room. Upon arrival I checked in and was prompted for my card. A staff member suggested this was just to confirm the booking. I actually paid twice for the room! This happened on the 16th April and I have phoned and emailed , been advised they will issue a refund, but still have not received it! I had to spend the night in my car as I did not have the available funds to book my next stay at my new destination.
