The staff are so friendly and nice, they are always willing to help. ❤️❤️ The rooms are very spacious and clean, the breakfast is really good. Small details for guests, such as free lemonade or sangría during the day Beds were very comfortable and quite new

What a gem of a hotel. the location is so wonderful with a nice buzz on this no through road. As soon as the automatic doors open to the lobby, there is a beautiful scent that welcomes you. Then the exceptionally friendly staff that are not only helpful but knowledgeable on recommendations. There was free sangria + lemonade just by the lift before going up to the room - a nice surprise. And the rooms were spacious, perfect amenities, super clean and had comfy beds + pillows. There was even a welcome note and a surprise bottle of wine to welcome us. It was just a wonderful experience from start to finish. We mentioned the day before that we would be leaving at 7am when breakfast started and the staff must have informed the kitchen + morning staff and there was a packed breakfast for us ready to go! How very thoughtful and efficient. I would stay here again and again. It was so lovely! Well done!

Staff were excellent especially the ladies at reception and the lady with long brown hair. The room was spacious

The breakfast area was a little bit cramped and options limited. Some things in the room needed to be dusted like in corners. Also more mirrors would have been useful as we had to share the only one by the door.

The location of the hotel is excellent - between the Nyugati train station and the city center. The hotel staff is excellent, friendly, English speaking. The hotel is cozy, the offer at breakfast is very varied. I was surprised by the offer of drinks, fruit and cookies during whole day. Very nice hotel, I would love to come back.

Very close to the centre. The breakfast was great.

The bed was squeaking and the stuff replaced it but it didn't help. One day the stuff didn't clean our room. One day they forgot to bring toilet paper. The air condition wasn't working because it was on worming mode so we had to sleep with open window, but there was alot of noise from the street.

A bit noisy. To get to the room you have to proxy through the outer part. When it's cold it's not comfortable. Breakfast place and breakfast not too good.

Very cozy and modern little hotel in the heart of the city. The room/bed was pretty fine and comfortable. Location is perfect, close to the main sights.

The staff were very helpful and friendly we were provided with a bottle of champagne as it was new year. The room was clean and comfortable

The hotel itself is nice, located in a central area, very friendly and helpful girls at the registration. The room has a nice design. Also I should say the breakfast was very good

The order of photos of some rooms makes you think the room is much bigger and has a different layout. So it's quite misleading and could be a step stone thing under certain conditions, especially if you need to have beds to be on the distance(in our case it was possible to separate them by half meter maximum). So it's better to clear it with the stuff in advance.
