Our superior one bedroom apartment served our needs perfectly as a family of 5. Spotlessly clean, everything provided in the kitchen area and great big balconies with pool view which is wonderful. Our second time staying in CYE.
Sun loungers get snapped up quickly in the morning but it's good that staff keep notice of the people who put towels on the loungers and go away for a long time and not use them until much later - depriving others from availing of a lounger.

Convenient location, great activities for kids.
No security, anyone can access rooms/pool etc., as other hotels you need your key card to gain access. Very noisy as there's no sound proofing, crowds playing music and shouting until 4am, when I complained I was told there is nothing they can do and if we wanted to move rooms to a quieter part of the hotel we would have to pay. 'Comedy show' is not child friendly.
