Прекрасный номер с потрясающим видом на город. Очень продуманное расположение мебели - ничего лишнего и все что действительно нужно для комфорта. Есть кофеварка капсульная и чайник. Паркинг надёжно защищён. Расположение удобное и для прогулки по пляжу и для шопинга.

Хотелось бы чайную ложечку к набору в номере , модные деревянные палочки плохо подходят если хочется съесть например йогурт.

en varias ocasiones y con varias personas hubo problemas con las tarjetas de acceso, lo gestionaron cambiándolas las tarjetas pero fue necesario hacerlo varias veces

La ubicación es buena pero la zona esta en construcción y es ruidosa y sucia . El desayuno es bueno y abundante Las habitaciones son cómodas y cierran herméticas las Cortinas y oscurece muy bien para dormir

Cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación mas pequeña sin sofa y para discapacitados . Cansados y sin estar seguros la tomamos y recién al otro dia hicimos el reclamo y tuvimos q esperar 1 dia mas p q nos cambien ( ojo con eso) chequeen antes las comodidades q pagaron , No me gusto la limpieza , jamas limpiaron el piso del baño . Dejábamos el cartel para limpieza a las 8 de mañana y venian a limpiar a las 2 de la tarde ( incomodo horario) Wifi no existe !!!! Literal no existe , es imposible conectarse . Hicimos reclamos , nos dieron para hablar a un tecnico y horas esperando la señal .

The location was very good. 5min away from metro station, tram and bus stop just outside the hotel. Big shopping centre with shops and restaurants just across the road. 10min on a bus to the beach and 15-20min on a metro to tourist attractions. Room was good size for 2 adults and 2 children. And I should mention that breakfast was exceptional!

It’s a pity swimming pools only open during summer season.

We love the location!! It was close to the metro station and walking distance to many places. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Nothing at all. It was not a hotel. It was an apartment without staff. It was my second time in this hotel and such a bad decision. In fact, two years ago it was seems good but this time a total disaster.

I arrived at 11.30pm and I confronted with used sheets that have been changed after several calls and waiting around 1 hour! I get the photos and I showed to the staffs in front desk but they simply told me send the photos by email! The staffs totally rude, in five days I never saw a smile and never heard a Hello (or Hola) from anyone in this location. The card for lift and door was stopped all days while i was booked for five days and was paid all by booking. So everyday I needed to go the rude staffs in the front desk to reactivate and reactivate the same card! The glass on the toilet have been put under the hand soap and directly on the toilet bowl! No Bathtub but a shower with was very slippery floor that made it very difficult to use, while in the photo was shown a Bathtub! no coffee maker, and just an electric kettle but in the description is mentioned both! Most part of the roof area was not exist, and 3/4 of that was closed due to repairs.

Great location but room was very small, compared to other Novotel we’ve stayed at. Staff were wonderful and loved the play area in the lobby.
