Die Lage am Strand, das freundliche Personal, Das Bett war sehr gut, eher fest, aber gute Matratze. Große Terrasse!

Sehr wenig Stauraum im Zimmer, man kann die Wäsche nicht unterbringen! Alle Auflagen am Pool und am Strand und beim Restaurant sehr verdreckt! Vieles ist in die Jahre gekommen! Die Liegen am Strand können auch von Hotelfremden Gästen benutzt werden! Restaurant ist Open air! Bei Regen und Wind nicht nutzbar! Frühstück wird dann aufs Zimmer serviert! Sollte man schon vor der Buchung wissen!

That some customers claimed poolchairs at 7 o’clock in the morning. Towels should be removed as curtsy to other customers. Tell the customers that it is forbidden by company rules to claim poolchairs before using it, but just claiming the spot

Beautiful classy hotel on the beach. Lovely rooms, comfy beds, spotlessly clean. Peaceful but only short walk into the town. Lovely thick padded sunloungers on the beach and around the pool. Lots of lovely sandy beach. The staff were great. Food in the hotel restaurant was top notch. Also visited their 2 restaurants in town which were also good. And their cocktail bar Hive, 5 minute walk away on the edge of town, was our favourite place for a delicious cocktail and great music played by the DJ. Malia Old Town is pretty with lovely traditional restaurants.

The second and third room were ok. The hotel also made an effort to offer alternative rooms and accommodation after I complained about the first room.

Unfortunately, the first room was far below my expectations. The main issue was the extremely noisy air conditioning, which blew directly towards the bed and could not be properly adjusted. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and overall I did not feel comfortable in the room. To be fair, the hotel tried to find solutions. However, the result was that during a three-night stay I stayed in three different rooms and had to pack and move twice. A considerable part of such a short stay was therefore spent discussing the situation, packing and changing rooms. What disappointed me additionally was the way my complaint was handled afterwards. Instead of simply acknowledging my experience, I was told that similar complaints had never been received before. I found this unnecessarily defensive and dismissive of the actual problems I experienced. I appreciate that attempts were made to accommodate me, but unfortunately they did not change the overall experience. Three rooms in three nights is simply not the relaxing hotel stay I had expected.
