Location to the Ovo. The ease of checking in with friendly staff - even better getting an upgrade to a loft apt which was a welcome surprise. Everywhere was very clean and the room equipped with fresh fluffy towels and hair/body washes if you hadn’t brought your own. Plenty of choice at breakfast with lovely coffee.

The hotel was very clean and tidy, and the room was lovely.
The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Nice big bed, great leisure facilities and the food we purchased was delicious
We had both lunch and dinner in the restaurant and the wait on both occasions was ridiculous. At dinner, we received our food before our drinks! There's little aesthetic things that need attention throughout the hotel too.

Spaciousness, location
Cleanliness - the inner bedding on the bed has sands /dust on it and I had to manually dust it off at night and bear the discomfort of it to sleep on it.
There also were strong foul smell from the bathroom at night/when it rains.
