The location couldn’t be better. Right in the centre

The room I booked was an executive twin. To be honest it was looking a bit shabby. Needs updating

Easy to find, good rooms with comfy beds and the breakfast was really nice.

I think one of the lifts wasn’t working but hardly the end of the world

Day before checking in, I messaged and asked if they could provide some balloons as we staying there for my partner's birthday. They not only provided balloons, but some prosecco and a personalised card too. Very happy with the exceptional customer service from the staff, would stay here again. Brilliant for being close to everything in Leeds city centre, especially the train station.

Word of warning, the lifts are extremely slow and stop a lot. Used the stairs on the 12th floor downwards for quickness, set off with plenty of time if you need to be somewhere. Took my partner about 20 mins to get out at checkout.

I had booked 2 rooms for 2 couples. Check in was farcical. We arrived early but the 2 rooms i had booked were not ready. Other people were checking in which was strange. We returned as instructed at 2.30 but no rooms available, lots more people checking in. I asked why this was and was told in no uncertain terms "your rooms aren't ready" Went back to the desk at 3.10 to be told the same again I was annoyed now as we must have seen 20 rooms taken. A manager came over, explained that 2 rooms together were not available. This was never requested at any point by me, never explained by staff previously. I said that was not an issue, our rooms were changed and we ended up 2 doors apart. Staff were quite abrupt and rude. Breakfast was average. Bacon hardly cooked, steamed black pudding, only scrambled egg, no jam for toast or croissants (marmalade or Nutella only)
