The room was "dated" but comfortable. Because of the rain it was nice to have both a bar and a restaurant on site where we could meet and entertain our guests.
The room was cold. A very nice young woman came up from the front desk and tried to get the heat to work and it did for a short time, but then it went off.

Location, very comfortable beds , friendly staff , enjoyable breakfast
Greyness every single thing in the room is a horrible dowdy grey colour I found the colour very depressing

Being in the centre of Harrogate was a huge bonus. Having the bar as well as the restaurant was also a plus,
The car parking facilities were very limited. Also the front steps were surprisingly steep. Anyone with a disability would struggle
