The breakfast was delicious. The bnb breakfast area was immaculate. The options of cooked breakfasts were great! While there was also cold options for those that prefer that. We loved it! We were told to ‘take out time’ and when enquiring about walking routes nearby, the staff gave us a book with maps and information in. Very accommodating and friendly- we will be recommending to others.

The b&b is in a great location for hiking, exploring Ambleside and lake Windermere. We took 2 dogs with us and they where catered for. The onsite parking is great too. The rooms are modern and clean.

it had everything I needed for my holiday & was great location within Ambleside near to centre .

the stairs were a bit of a struggle but I should have inquired about a lower level room . It was great to have a parking space available in such a busy town - awkward angles to navigate but not a problem you can remedy due to steepness of site.
